**Job Description** As an Oracle Cloud Manager - OM, GOP, Pricing, Fulfilment, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud Order to Cash implementations while ensuring seamless integration of revenue recognition, collections, and billing processes. You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and compliant Oracle Cloud solutions. Additionally, you will play a key role in practice development, mentoring consultants, and driving growth within the Oracle practice. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead Order to Cash Work Stream with expertise in Order Management; Pricing; Billing; Collection module implementations, upgrades & support + Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and provide functional solutions + Configure and optimize Oracle OM to align with business needs + Create functional documentation, configuration workbooks, Testing scenarios + Support testing (SIT/UAT) and lead cutover/go-live activities + Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, conversions & customizations and build functional specs + Provide post-go-live support and end-user training **Mandatory Skills:** + 10+ years in Oracle Order Management Functional role + Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion OM and knowledge and experience in leading AR, Billing and Collections Strong understanding, experience and knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) process **Practice Development & Team Leadership** + Build and lead a team of Oracle Cloud consultants, providing mentorship and career development. + Develop accelerators and best practices for Oracle Cloud AR, RMCS, Collections, and Billing implementations as part of Firm Initiative. + Stay updated on Oracle Cloud product releases and emerging financial technology trends. + Support business development activities, including pre-sales efforts, RFP responses, and client demos. + Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Oracle practice. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
